Very nice place

Some drawers and cabinets were missing or broken, but the rest of the room was clean

Millie was very kind and caring

Reserved this for a medical procedure and loved how in proximity the hotel was located in reference to th3 hospital. But also how nice the hotel suite we had was. Extremely comfortable and attainable for getting in and out.

Generally nice layout but the room we stayed in could use a new mattress. Also the tub/shower could use a refresh. Tub looked stained and temp control was broken.

Just mehhh. Small parking lot, room service came in 1X while we were there, which was fine, however, they didn’t take garbage, and took towels, etc only to replace with 3 towels and nothing else. Even took blanket from pullout couch? Barely enough parking places, super tight if driving a big truck. Staff was friendly and seemed clean enough. Our shower door didn’t even come close to closing and water pressure was not good.

The hotel overbooked and when I arrived I was told my room was not available. Instead of assisting they told me that I needed to find my own lodging, even thought it was 10 pm. The general manager was no help and I was told that he was sleeping and had to be woken up. Will never stay at a staybridge suite again.

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable, very friendly staff. The only thing is the shower door opened toward the sink making it awkward to maneuver in the bathroom. Not management’s fault. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel and property was very nice. The hotel itself was excellent. However, i am not sure where to place blame. Upon arrival I was told i did not have a reservation and after further investigation was told my reservation were canceled. I did not received any type of notification that my reservation was canceled. I had booked online and was given the opportunity to pay upon arrival on Sunday day of my stay, however, hotel canceled on Saturday as per the hotel wasn't sure i was coming. Now, correct me if im wrong, but shouldn't that happen on Sunday not the day i wasn't scheduled to be here. Make it make sense

The pull out mattress was a bit nasty. Other than that it was an ok stay. The customer service was excellent! I wish i would've gotten her name but the older lady at the front desk was top notch in my opinion. Extremely helpful and nice. I appreciate it. It was our 1st trip to Ohio and she helped make it a good trip. Thank you.

Very pleasant welcoming staff. Convenient location near Riverside Hospital. They were almost booked solid yet it was quiet and seemed like we were just one couple among a handful of others. Great hospitality.

Our room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good as well My only complaint was the cost of parking on game day! $40 cash when your staying at the hotel is a rip off. You can park much closer for 1/3 to half the price. Parking right down the street by McDonald's is only $20.

Check in was easy, room was comfortable. We had an issue with the only light in the shower/toilet room was out and new lightbulb couldn’t be found. It was late and no maintenance staff. Lamp was brought in with extension cord so we had light in there. Just not sure how housekeeping staff could miss the light not working when they cleaned in there.
