Elevator was down and was not informed at check in or after we asked for a cart to get our things. Once we informed them of it not working we were told they have been working on it. Why let us unload our car and tell us we will have to walk upstairs with it? The floor in the room was sticky like throw up was wiped up and not thoroughly. Towels were also dirty. Only stayed 1 night wouldn’t stay any longer than that.

Will give you a hard time when you’re bringing your service animal breaking a couple of federal law by insisting you show identification by law they’re not allowed to ask anything besides is it a service animal and what services does it provide? And after showing them proper paperwork, they still charged me the pet fee employee should be better trained on federal laws of service animals

Extremely clean and nice. Very large room very large bed, very large bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, bagels and cream cheese. I hurt myself with food and coffee. The customer service was exceptional. The staff was helpful, I left my wallet in the room and Ms. Priya went back to the room and found it and called me. She was amazing for that, I left a message for her manager as well. Expedia has been an amazing website, I stayed in some pretty nasty places this week so beware but this one isn't it. I had to leave early and Expedia gave me a refund with no hassles. I'm still fighting with Travelocity over a cancellation that was completely within their advertised policy and they never contacted the hotel to let them know so the room would've been unavailable if I didn't do it. Thank you Expedia, and a bigger thank you to Ms. Priya!

Pretty irritating when the elevator doesn't work 3 of the 4 days you are there. Then on the last night they put someone above you with rowdy kids that jump up and down and run around all night. Asked clerk to have them settle down but it didn't

Disappointed with the pet policy stated online. (Pet & Service Animal Policy Service Animals - ADA-defined service animals are welcome free of charge. / Pets Allowed - 2 pets max. Cats and dogs only. 75lbs or less per pet. / Fees - Non-refundable 25 USD nightly for up to 2 pets. Max 75 USD per stay. / Other Information - Contact hotel for additional details and availability. According to above, policy states up to 2 dogs nightly, $25 nightly. I was charged $50. Also, the elevator was non working, requiring the use of the stairway to the 2nd floor. With 2 dogs and luggage, this was very inconvenient, being a woman & flying solo. Staff was very nice and room was very clean and comfortable.
