We had an awesome stay at The Manor. We enjoyed the music at the lobby especially so that they entertain guests who wants to Jam and sing with the band. I will surely recommend this to my friends....

Hotels that stay awake to its beauty. Classic, historic in a cool environment. It is suitable for a vacation with family, food (dinner, breakfast) is very recommended dear must pay not included in the price of the room.

They have a renovation near our room. Sad to say we need to call the attention of the front desk to advise the workers to stop talking too loud. We were not able to rest and maximize our stay.

The Manor is a very good hotel for family getaways and romantic hideout. The location and the hotel itself is very relaxing and refreshing. Staffs are very friendly and professional. It is indeed the best hotel in Baguio City!

Superior Garden View Room. View was nice and we loved the bed. It was clean and comfortable. We had a lunch buffet (P1200++/ person) and the baked oysters were awesome! The Tempura was not as expected. No A/C but the ceiling fan cooled the room adequately - it was cold and raining at the time.. We could lock the glass sliding door but not the screen door to the patio. We were also surprised to be charged a security deposit of P2000.00 as it was not stated during our booking. Glad we brought extra cash. It was refunded upon check out... We wished there was a way to have better lighting in the room as we didn't always want the curtains drawn since people can see us inside the room.

Our room is vintage which really sets them apart from other Baguio hotels, I guess. But the amenities are quite disappointing. The television in our room is ancient. Reception of channels is not excellent with very few channels to choose from. The gym is not what I expected from a 5 star hotel. It’s very small. With very few equipment to work out with. Although, I really enjoyed the sauna room and jacuzzi area. We also tried Le Chef breakfast which according to reviews is The Best breakfast buffet in town, but the my experience left something more to be desired. It’s really overrated as the way it should be placed. With many choices of usual morning cuisines, but overwhelmingly unnecessary. There are some dishes I thought would be available but were not part of their menu, I guess. Nonetheless, the view is breathtaking and all the outside features of the hotel carried it forward my expectations. The garden, the facades. All picture-taking worthy. But the hotel room and equipment need a little upgrade, I guess. Thank you. Hope you find my criticism constructive.

Bed- Linens, pillows and blanket were comfortable, clean and spotless! Toilet- toiletries were complete such as soap, lotion, toothpaste and toothbrush, cotton buds, shampoo and even a shower cap! Toilet is clean and bidet is a plus! However, no hand towels were provided in the room. Only bath towels were provided, but still okay. I like how they provided snacks and drinks inside the room (for sale though) just in case one gets hungry in the middle of the night and wants a quick munch. Coffee was great! My stay was a bit uncomfortable because the power keeps going on and off starting from 4AM until 5:30AM. The loud clicking sound from the fuse box was really disturbing. I didn't sleep well. Well, I dunno whether it was an isolated case or what but it made sleeping a bit difficult. Thumbs up for cleanliness in and out of the hotel!
