Always an excellent stay when at Selden. Can't fauly and breakfast superb!

We had a really excellent stay. Beautiful setting. Comfortable and spacious accommodation. Breakfast was wonderful quality and the chef and service staff were really attentive.

Fantastic all round

I stayed for one night. Beautiful, quiet property in a gorgeous setting. Would definitely stay again.

The best stay around the area

Amazing as always

Nice spacious room. Good tea and coffee making facilities however no bottled water. Breakfast excellent. We went with our dog and no dogs allowed in the breakfast room so we had to sit outside, fortunately it was a warm sunny morning however the outside tables and chairs were dirty and covered in cobwebs so we had to ask for them to be cleaned. No dog poo bins on site and the staff told us to leave the bag by a wall and the grounds man would dispose of it.

Idyllic setting

What a lovely place to stay. The welcome from Steph was warm and she recommended an excellent pub 'Worlds End' down the road to eat - which didn't disappoint. The rooms were spacious and some lovely touches with toiletries, biscuits, teas & coffees. Breakfast was cooked to order and again the service was excellent. Will stay there again when we are in the area.

We received a warm welcome and everything was explained. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed a beautiful breakfast sitting in the sunshine and good conversation with the chef. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Spacious room and tasty cooked breakfast.

An absolute fantastic place to stay . Safe to park and in the most beautiful location . Check in was very easy and everyone at the venue is polite and very Helpfull , will definitely use again . Great value for money .

Love this hidden gem. No restaurant but freshly cooked breakfast. There are 2 pub very close by for evening meal. Staff are great.

Lovely place. No phone signal on Vodaphone and wi-fi down so I couldn't work as planned. Lovely staff - especially the chef. No bath, which I would have liked. Otherwise no complaints.

Very nice location and close to Arundel. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked on demand by a very jolly chef.

Amazing - converted farm buildings - extremely peaceful. Great views of the countryside in easy reach or Worthing Brighton and Arundel. Superb breakfast too!

We loved our stay in the B&B. Pleasantly surprised on our arrival to find our family room was in fact a whole apartment with separate bedroom for the kids. The beds were really comfy and they felt incredibly spoilt with a sofa and large TV just for them. Breakfast was lovely, really friendly staff and a hassle free stay.

Stayed in a lovely spacious family room. Room was clean, staff were friendly - especially Andy and the breakfast team. Great relaxing location.
