Ghizlane and team were wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble for them to do for guests

As a ‘older’ female traveling solo I had some concerns about staying in the old Medina. You get dropped off in a parking lot and have to find/walk to this hotel down a small alleyway. SO glad I did this!! What an incredible stay! Cannot recommend this place highly enough. From the staff to the quiet room to the private dinner and delicious breakfast… I cannot find the words to say how fantastic this place is. It is right in the middle of everything- and less than a safe, 10 min walk from the main square where I met my walking tour. If you’re looking for somewhere authentic, with excellent service that’s not a mainstream hotel - stay here!

Wonderful stay at Riad Houma! I was hesitant to stay in the Médina thinking it would be too stressful but Riad Houma was the opposite. It was quite and relaxing, felt like we were staying in a spa! The Riad is beautiful and extremely well maintained. Staff is excellent and beyond hospitable. 10/10 stay thank you!

This is a comfortable authentic riad with lovely breakfast and friendly staff. However, there are not many things to do in the property and the hot tub on the rooftop was not working. The location is convenient as it’s in a nice part of the Medina, but also 2 minutes walk to a road that can be used by cars and taxis to get you to/from the airport and places outside the Medina.

The Riad was perfect, the staff were brilliant. In regards to location it is very close to all you want to see in the Medina, it is nice and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Our suite was great a good comfy bed, brilliant facilities. The breakfast (cooked) each morning was perfect. Though they do not have a spa onsite they make up for this by having an affiliation with one about 2 minutes (walk) away, which like the Riad Houma was exceptional. We would highly recommend this Riad for anyone wanting to visit Marrakech!!

Das Personal war top. Sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Organisierte hervorragenden Hamam, Taxi, Guide und noch mehr. Half auch bei der Tagesplanung mit. Junges Team, motiviert.

L'accueil dans ce Riad est parfait, le personnel est vraiment au petit soin avec ses clients. De plus la propreté et l'équipement des chambres sont un vrai plus pour un séjour parfait ! Je recommande à 100% si vous souhaitez visiter Marrakech !
