AC in the room did not function. We specifically went to this Hilton because the website said it had AC. Certainly, Double Tree - Hilton would have AC, but no. After checking in we find that there is no AC, that it is deliberately deactivated for the entire building because April 27 is considered winter season. Outside air temps are 80F/22C. Rooms were very stuffy. When we complained the staff insisted that they did have AC that worked because the heaters were working. No amount of explanation that AC = cold air communicated the problem. The staff gave us some extra Hilton points to compensate. We ran into the same problem in Cyprus - Central AC deactivated for the "winter" season. Live and learn.

Not a four star hotel

bsolutely outstanding stay! The hotel is wonderful, the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was delicious with great variety. We felt truly pampered the entire time. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back!

Short stay for a trip to Ephesus. The hotel is nice, clean and relatively new with regards to decor and furnishings. The staff were helpful. Good breakfast with hot and cold food options. We also ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner one evening and food was decent. The only negative is that my room was facing the main road so it could get noisy at night. My nephew used the pool which was clean and a good size. There is a little shop next to the hotel where it's possible to buy drinks and snacks as the hotel is not very walkable. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The property feels outdated. The entrance was adorned with fake sunflowers, creating an unpleasant appearance. The hallway lights were off, the carpets were filthy, and the balconies had dead plants with exposed wires. The breakfast area was full of cats jumping on tables and eating food from customers' plates, with no one cleaning up immediately. The staff were polite, but the overall condition of the property and rooms was terrible.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. I only stayed for one night after arriving at Izmir airport. There is no shuttle bus but a taxi is only 5 minutes and about £3.50-4

It was a nice hotel but the money we paid was redicillious and who has a poxy see through window in there bathroom not a nice feature and menu could be better

The hotel is convenient for early flight, near Izmir airport, staff very kind, maybe the hotel should be renoveted a little bit.

It’s as great

Third time I’ve stayed here for business. Useful location relatively near the airport (some aircraft noise but it’s not a very busy airport) and near main roads in and out of the city. Good range of food options available. Highly recommend the Iskener Kebab! Staff friendly and helpful.

We appreciate the welcoming and helpful staff, particularly Mohamed. He went out of his way to help and we appreciated it greatly.
