Really good hotel, good gym and nice staff

Clean and accommodating

Brilliant

Very few parking options. Breakfast was over before 10:30am. Hotel room was nice, but small.

Property looks great in photos but the stay is not comfortable. There is no water station in the entire hotel. There is only one small container filled with water near reception. Room temperature does not go below 20 degrees Celsius and even then the AC barely works. In addition, washrooms are only supplied with tiny shower gel, conditioner and shampoo. My wife and I had to ration the supplies to ensure we both could bathe comfortably. For the price paid, even basic hotels offer better accommodations. The location of the hotel also seems great on paper, but is next to significant construction. In addition there is a large homeless population in close proximity of the hotel making it very dirty and unsafe.

The amenities were not discussed upon check-in. Overall, it was a decent hotel if you’re looking to stay downtown, but it wasn’t as nearly as nice as indicated in the pictures.

The bed was incredibly comfortable!

This is a wonderful hotel, in a great location! It is close to all the important sites and the train station. The room was lovely! I liked how you could separate the bathroom/sink area from the bedroom with the sliding door. The bar area was great and the terrace was incredible for views of the city. All staff members were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

Good location amazing hotel but typical to Montreal city parking is very difficult to find close by they dont have an assigned parking. You have to pay additional for valet services but you can get your vehicle in/out unlimited amount of times at least.

Stay was amazing. The bar was beautiful and had an immense selection. Our view was beautiful. 17th floor. Amazing stay. Only thing is there wasn’t any parking available, so we had to park down the street and walk to the hotel. But at the end of the day, it wasn’t a big deal and the overall stay made up for the parking issue.
