It was perfect, the accommodations, the wonderful efficient service and the high standards

Gym management no good they didn’t let us use the towel for going outside. I got cold. Room service takes too long and sometimes not show up

Beautiful property. staff are very friendly. service is prompt and efficient. rooms main doors are not heavy duty therefore outside noise is loud and clear.

AL Naseem was an absolute dream! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival regarding our flight times change, the team welcomed us so warmly at such early hours accommodated our every need and made sure room was ready for us to stay! I was absolutely blown away from start to finish nothing was too much going above and beyond the pool staff were so friendly always smiling and making us feel so special especially Loyd, I would recommend this hotel to every family and look forward to staying at Al Naseem again!

Absolutely lovely hotel and staff!

I had a problem occur from the hotel during my stay at the Naseem, however thankfully Sheila was amazing as she helped me calm down and enjoy the rest of my stay at the hotel. She offerered us flowers and desserts which was very thoughtful since I was upset with what had happened. The manager also was very nice when she spoke to us which made up for what happened. I thank them both very much for making my stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem better than what it was.

If you have any doubts or second thoughts about booking this hotel don’t. I am so glad I booked my family trip for 2 weeks and had the most amazing experience of my life. This hotel is beyond five stars. I felt like royalty from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. One of the best rooms (suites) I’ve ever stayed in. One of the best sleeps I’ve ever had in a hotel. Food at The Palmery was so tasty, the breakfast options vast and generous. Everything was a first class experience. Thank you to all the staff for making this a dream come true

Amazing place Friendly and courteous staff everywhere but a special thanks to ALOA Ukrainian lady who was duty manager and really looked after us upgraded us and allowed a very late checkout complimentary Everything explained when we checked in and nothing too much trouble Sebastian in club lounge excellent only been here 4 days
