This hostel needs to level up for real. No blug near the bed only the old usb. Who uses old usb anymore? The beds are so exposed. Other hostels have curtains for each bed. They don't offer locks and towels which is acceptable but no hair dryer in the shower??? How the hell should I dry my hair?? The bed sheets have some stains. When I got to reception the girl was like can you do the self check-in I'm busy lol The staff were shocked when I asked for the upper bed. They were like woowww people normally ask for the bottom bed. Ok I'm different is there any problem? They made me feel like the change is impossible and the system does not let them change the beds and if I want I could cancel my reservation. I was going to cancel and they were like ok we'll change for you but last time. I didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well equiped and clean.

Arrived late at night and someone else was in my bed. Had to wait in the lobby for the few hours I was planning to be there. Rooms are hot despite A/C advertised. Beds and bunks not comfortable.

This was a lovely hostel for the price. It was filled with backpackers on the Camino so the common spaces for food and extra outlets were always full. Beds were decently comfortable but without fans or curtains. Internet was VERY spotty, I had hopes of working there but was not able to. Location is great, you are a few minutes walk from the Guggenheim and surrounded by bars, restaurants and cafe. There is a bus that takes you directly from the airport to around 5 minutes away from the hostel.

Entry to hostel by code sent to my email, check in at the machine inside, passport scanned, room card issued, all in a breeze. Bed was comfortable and clean, shower not as hot as I prefer. Kettle, microwave and fridge, but no coffee nor tea bags.

The cafe staff next to the hostel were rude, food was being carried in the kitchen, the bottom bunk bed was too low and uncomfortable, and the bench in the common area was old and needed to be repaired.

Before checking in, I had coffee and beer at the hostel cafe and was waiting to check in. I paid in advance, but they insisted that I didn't pay, so I showed them the receipt, but they didn't apologize and had a bad expression. Overall, it was a good place to stay, but the most important thing was that the bunk bed was too low, so I hit my head on the metal frame several times. My neck and back were very uncomfortable, and I needed a bench chair in the 8-person dormitory. I had to turn the bathroom door several times to open it, and I was worried that I might get locked in. There were very small bugs constantly running around the kettle in the kitchen, and the bench chairs next to the reception desk were damaged and needed to be repaired because they could scratch my clothes.

Very nice hostel thats around most atraction s. I personally enjoyed it. Nightlife is very good.....

For its Privileged Location, for you Kind Staff, Easy Auto Check-in on Kiosko, Very Nice Place. When I gonna to visit Bilbao again, Poshtel will be my first option. 🔝 Recommended. They’ve own Caffe.

Staff wasn't nice, and some of the guest were rude and sketchy. Not a place were you want to stay unles you are traveling in a big group and can reserve a room for your party. Avoid if possible.

Excellent private room in this well-kept and modern hostel. Restaurant is adjacent to the lobby, so affordable meal options are easy. Very accommodating staff. Centrally located. The biggest issue was the blinking fire alarm, but that's not really an issue.

Good price/value option. Noicy. Great location.

Everything great. Only small thing to mention: The top bed of the bunker beds are so low that it is almost impossible to sit on the lower bed without hitting your head. Putting on my shoes made me hit my head frequently.

Great location. Unfortunately the shower was broken, several services out of order. Bathrooms need better drainage.
