Small details we haven’t found in other hotels we found here. Multiple garbage cans, a soap tray in the shower, and a good view from the room were all appreciated

Fabulous hotel for a stay over during our journey to Italy. Highly recommend and will surely return.

This property is a good place to stay if you have a car. It's far from the centre of town so it is not for backpackers. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed here with our children and it suited our purpose. Breakfast each morning was totally well set up. We would stay here again.

Since we booked via Hotels.com(expedia) the hotel got the bookings separately and therefore our rooms ended up in each side of the hotel. Nice personnel in the reception, and we got free transportation with the local buses.

It was nice but the area is secluded and industrial.

Hotel was nice, check in was with machine that had options to check in in own language. The room was nice and even though the weather was hot we stayed cool. Room was fairly plain and inoffensive which was good considering the fairly low price. Definitely would stay again

My stay was amazing. Not only were they very accommodating and helpful for a check in after hours, the facilities and rooms were impeccable. Although it is outside Innsbruck as well as a little outside the centre of Hall in Tirol, the train station is within walking distance and only takes a few minutes either way. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area.

The room was quite hot the ac didn’t seem to be working. There was no tea making facilities. The reception was quite welcoming with the late check in

First time in Innsbruck for a long time and pleased I got to stay at this hotel. Ease of travel to city was very good and I was given a bus pass for the duration of my stay. Particularly enjoyed the trip to old town Hall. Would stay here again if ever I was to travel to Innsbruck. Overall very pleased with my experience.

Location is in industrial area. We reserved mountain view but it is partial view. There's a train station few minutes walking distance
