Incredible property and amazing staff. Definitely will stay every time in Rome

Very central location and the room was really spacious and clean. Concierge was very helpful in arranging transportation and the rooftop bar had a beautiful view

Everything about the hotel was 5*, The location, the roof top bar, the breakfast and views. The staff was beyond helpful! Enjoyed our 4 night stay.

This hotel was amazing! Great customer service, the desk helped with everything. It was also within walking distance from most of the major attractions. The room was very spacious for 3 adults and very comfy. There is nothing negative to say!!

We had a lovely stay. Room 27 was so unique, the breakfast was amazing each morning with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel near Piazzo Navona. My room was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with a variety of eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries and more. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was on the 4th floor, but still heard street noise late at night. It wasn't terrible, but definitely noticeable. Rooftop deck was amazing with fantastic view of Rome.

All around great location and stay. Just wish the coffee (American) was hotter.

What a beautiful hotel! Fantastic location in the Piazza Navona - central to everything. Located in a former palace - and it feels like it. Beautiful, spacious room and bathroom. Luxurious without being pretentious. Delicious full buffet breakfast every day. Very helpful, friendly staff who were eager to please -- arranged for taxis, happily answered questions about the city, etc. A bonus -- a lovely courtyard as an outdoor option for sitting and relaxing after a long day of walking. The hotel was a little more expensive than other options we looked at, but well worth the extra money. Would highly recommend.

Loved the location - breakfast terrace overlooks the Piazza Navona. Excellent location. Great mix of modern amenities in an old building. Would definitely recommend and stay at property again. Staff were wonderful.

Wonderful

We were very excited about this amazing find of a hotel for our honeymoon but we were sorely disappointed. Boxes were left right outside or door, the couch had a mystery stain (blood or pizza sauce, there was loud sounds of glass clinking together at all hours during the day, the hottub didn't work and the jets had black mold on them. The hotel was ideally located next to amazing restaurants and the view was absolutely gorgeous, so I wont lie and say it was all bad, but I would not stay here again.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The location is perfect. The only small concern is the single elevator because of afternoon and evening traffic to the beautiful rooftop bar.
