Excellent beach hotel with lots of amenities

I liked that it was easy to walk from the resort hotel to the beach and waterpark. I didn't like that the coffee shop closed so early.

Great place to vist with kids.

Dropped our daughters bathing suit 3 floors down. Called front desk for assistance to retrieve it. Took them over 2 hours. Staff were rude and did not take their jjobs professiionally. As a Gold memeber of hotels.com, they did not honor the early check in or late check out. Terrible service.

It’s a beautiful and huge property, the ocean view was incredible. The amenities were great, highly recommended if you have kids.

Our rooms were not ready till the check-in time (3:00pm). The staff did nor seem sorry at all. She explained it was because they had many guests the night before. There was no complimentary offer at all. There were way too many guests, and not enough staffs. Could not find a concierge at all. Only hardware, but not service or hospitality could be found. Disappointing hotel management.

It was my first time to stay with you and a bit disappointed about the property amenities. Especially No bath towels. Sometime hotels dont provide toothbrush so we packed those thing for us however we didnt expected there was no slipper. On the other hand we enjoyes very much the view of the scenery.

바다뷰 너무 좋습니다. 돈 추가 하고 바다뷰 추천. 코로나 제한근무로 스태프가 너무 적습니다. 안내하는 사람은 아무도 없고 체크인 카운터에 두 명 뿐이라 대기가 깁니다. 패밀리룸 작은 수건 인 당 딱 하나씩만 있어서 불편합니다.
