This is a budget hotel so it really doesn't have any frills. It suited me fine because it was clean and I had a comfortable sleep. It was great value for money. The breakfast is really good even though there are no cooked elements to it. The staff are helpful. I appreciated that. If you're staying for a night or two it's fine but it wouldn't be ideal for a longer stay. Plus, it is quite a long walk from the historic centre. However, there is a regular bus service.

With a little bit of acclamation this is a perfect spot... I think anyone will be pleased with it

The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ideally, I would have just liked the hotel to be closer to La Cite. There is a handy Lidl store.

Extremely impressed. I need my stuff to be clean so I will spot the tiniest things. The bed was extremely clean and rather comfortable. Shower did the job and not that far of a walk to the City / Castle area. You’ve also got Lidl 10 mins away if you need to buy basics like toothpaste, water or a couple snacks. Staff were wonderful both check-in and checkout. They both went above and beyond and were super welcoming. I’ll definitely be considering this exact hotel again if I pop down to Carcassonne again. It was inexpensive and about a 10 minute to 15 minute walk to the medieval walled city. Breakfast was Continental with the usual pastries, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, and cold cuts. The room was good. The water in the shower was hot so no complaints.

Good value for money. Convenient parking. Ability to buy coffee at the hotel. Excellent bakery nearby. Super-friendly and helpful staff. The area around was depressing though.

Small room but it was good for a one night stay, personal is friendly and plenty of parking.

I like IBIS hotels and this budget one didn’t disappoint. Out of the town so not many local amenities but only a 20 minute walk. Rooms were basic but clean. Really quiet and a nice little continental breakfast in the morning. I’d stay again x

Location is already out of the town, not very accessible with public transport. Would be a lot better if I was driving.

If you're looking for a clean, low cost place to sleep by car, this hotel fits the bill.

For the price this was a pretty good hotel.

Basic but good value.

Wonderful little Ibis 15 minutes walk to the medieval town of Carcassonne. Buffet breakfast very cheap for Europe plus a seating area outside, where you can take your own food and drinks in the evening. Basic but perfect.

My room was 100 F when I got in . The a/c was blowing warm air . The manager told me a story that the all hotel is like that !! No hair dryer in room . Breakfast was very basic and nothing tasted good .
