Everything was fine, clean, friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is literally inside of a mall. I probably should have read a more in depth description of the location. We ended moving to Roma Norte, which was much more our speed. But if you don't mind being in a mall, then this is a great place.

exceptional experience with the staff and facilities. refreshing stay

I reported that the room had issues: the light bulb kept flickering when switched off (we had to remove it to sleep), and the coffee maker did not work. I don’t believe it’s reasonable to arrive at a room and have to deal with these problems. Guests pay and make reservations expecting everything to be in proper working order.

Love Fiesta Americana Toreo....the hotel was spotless, room was perfect, swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. This hotel is attatched to a massive mall with great restaurants and a bakery in the mall at Selecto Chedraui, a supermarket on the lower floor. Had the best warm donuts every morning at 7am as well as an amazing tres leches cake for like $15 us. cant wait to come back next year

Hotel is fine albeit deserving maintenance. The real problem is the are surrounding the hotel. Extremely crowded and noisy. Getting an Uber is a struggle and getting out of the area takes 20 minutes.
