The parking lot only has five spaces, but there are plenty of rooms and no elevator. I can clearly hear the neighbors diligently making baby food. Two bottles of water and two soft drinks are provided, but there's no water purifier, so if you need more, just ask. Hygiene-wise, there aren't any major issues.

When I asked for an extra towel, they refused, citing principles. There was still bottled water in the fridge that someone else had been drinking. The windows provide ample natural light and a sense of openness, but the room is very small. There's no separate dining table, making it difficult to order delivery. It's perfect for solo travelers. The value is good. Aside from the water bottle, the place was very clean. The water pressure was good, and the heating and cooling worked well. Parking is available for four cars, but otherwise, you have to use the roadside. Since it's right by the river, there's nothing much to do, so it's very quiet and perfect for relaxing.

I had a comfortable stay during my business trip to Ulsan. The bedroom was well-organized and tidy, and I really liked the design. I didn't know there was a place like this in Ulsan... I should have found out about it sooner. I look forward to visiting again.

I didn't need an expensive place for a business trip, but this is great value for money. The bedding is nice, too. The room is a bit small, but the hygiene is good, and it has everything you need.

It's located near the Taehwa River. The room is small, but let's just leave it at that. The heating works incredibly well. It's really nice and warm. Also, there's a hot soup restaurant right next door, but the prices aren't exactly hot. It's a residential area, so there isn't much around. The price is about the same as a motel, so it seems decent.
