Great hotel and location crew was very friendly

Internet very poor but overall a good hotel to stay. Staff was excellent!

Good breakfast. But at the hotel, you feel like you're in prison. You're not allowed to invite anyone to your room, even during the day. Strict Turkish rules + staff homophobia. Slow internet, at least in my room.

We got 4 days, do to the poor quality of the rooms we left the next day with no refund. Staff not very nice. Room was smelling dirty so to the terrible carpet, air conditioning was not working properly. We did not asked for refund anymore when we saw that the staff was not very nice.

This hotel is close to city centre and within a short distance from tourist sites. Front desk Mr. Younus was super excellent. Very helpful, cordial and assisted greatly.

It was an old hotel and there was heavy smell in the hotel. When you parked your car you had to leave the key. I have seen dust on the furniture, room light wasn’t working properly, mattress wasn’t comfortable and pillows were terrible. TV’s sound was going off and you had to turn the tv on and off. Aircon remote had weak battery Breakfast was descent. Staff was friendly I hope they fix these issues asap to provide better service to their customers.

They let us in even though we are late. And we are happy for that buget friendly hotel and in the city. Theres shops around the hotel and its very easy to find. The staff are also amazing and accomodating

Overall experience was very nice. Their customer service is exceptional specially the reception staff and the restaurant staff. They have provided exceptional service and were available 24 hours. Room was clean and well maintained. Hotel location is very good and near city center. Overall good experience..... thumbs up.

Ok .. door handle needed on outside balcony door ! Otherwise you get locked out on balcony .. small washing line for wet beach bikini etc .. would be useful Masks should be worn whilst getting your buffet breakfast open to everyone’s germs . We wore ours whilst getting our breakfast .. says it’s near aquarium ? Long walk to it .
