I booked because it said 24 hour shuttle. There is NO shuttle. There has been no shuttle for a long time, taxi or uber only. FALSE ADVERTISING.

Not a 5 star hotel , good for overnight stay for a flight. Only 2 towels in room , no glasses in bathroom at sink.bad shower .

Quiet and clean , perfect for a good rest before an early flight

Checkin was a little rusty. Payment process for the parking was time consuming!

The information on google is wrong, the restaurant closes before the time stated. Also, the staff at the front desk were not helpful ( neither friendly).

Excellent place for an overnight in Porto Alegre airport.

It’s absurd the hotel charges R$7 per person for a transfer to/from the airport. It takes less than 2 minutes.
