Front desk staff are amazing

We really liked the hotel, the staff, and our accommodations. They were exactly as advertised, the breakfast was delicious, the rooftop restaurant is very nice and the food is good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was also centrally located so getting transportation or arranging pickup for day trips was a breeze.

I loved the room. It was spacious and clean. The only thing they can improve is the toilet paper. My daughters and I were impressed about the staff, starting from the front desk to the restaurant and the room attendants. All were very gentle, caring and friendly. Thank you for the excellent service. Thank you for helping me out with my suitcases. I will definitely stay in Andes Mar next time I come back to Peru.

Quiet and safe. Perfect location, 10-15 min walk from the shore or center. Staff friendly and professional.

We had a pleasant short stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was great, and we appreciated the free secure parking for our rental car. We did have a little mishap during check-in, but it was resolved and the rest of our stay was good. They were very responsive to questions ahead of our stay, and were kind enough to let us keep our car parked for several hours after check out.

The front desk personal were exceptional. Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast shows “continental” but it’s a lot more options than I expected. Room was very clean. It’s not new but kept well. The area is a residential neighborhood, but you can reach all the amenities in 5 minutes walk. There is a nice cafe on the same block. I go to Miraflores often and stayed at at least 7 different hotels, and this will be one of my go to:))

The entire staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. No complaints whatsoever, and the continental breakfast was a welcomed addition.

The room was unexpectedly great with a sitting area and a balcony with table and chairs. The breakfast is a bit sorry but Rutina Cafe on the same block made up for it. Don’t think twice about booking here, it’s a nice place, the staff are kind it’s on a quiet street in a good part of town.

Nice hotel in the Miraflores neighborhood. Very walkable area with restaurants nearby, and not far from the boardwalk with beautiful views of the sea. The room was good and the staff were available and helpful. Just a couple of small complaints: only one towel was provided, and the shower tended to oscillate between hot and cold.

This was a great value for the money. We really appreciated the large size of the rooms. Additionally, it was walking distance to absolutely everything you could want: dining, nightlife, sea etc... However, it was tucked away in a quieter street so you could actually sleep and relax.
