Clean rooms, and very pleasant staff, best staff I've seen in tunisia in the past 10 years

On our last night in Tunisia, we were supposed to be back at the hotel (picked by our operator) where we started the tour. However, we could not do it again. We wanted a hotel with actual amenities, working AC & not under renovation with filthy floors like the other. Hotel le Consul was well-located, clean, modern inside, with a great breakfast (including an espresso machine), fitness center, bath tub and working AC. We are so happy we chose to stay at Hotel Le Consul. We slept comfortably & they helped with our airport taxi in the morning.

Good hotel with onsite restaurant / bar close to Palestine transit stop. Due to my travel schedule I was only able to stay one night but the manager was very helpful, allowing me to leave my bags most of the next day, and going out of his way to help me get an affordable taxi to the airport. Great service!

Staff are not helpful, they don’t answer properly, they don’t have information about food , taxi, services around . I struggled to get around

I arrived in to Tunis Carthage Airport at 00:30 am due to flight delays and I was worried about my check-in, but I sent a message to the hotel, and fair enough they were waiting for me as i arrived at the hotel, with a smooth check-in, the room and breakfast were very good.

The staffs ar rally friendly.

Good overall service

I stayed only one night (05-06 February 2023) after I missed a flight. The staff were friendly and my room was clean. They also have a nice airport shuttle that took me to airport for my 07:50 flight to Brussels the next morning.

Overrated on hotels.com. Bed was broken, like i was sleeping on a slope. Good place to stay but the reviews were misleading and overly priced.
