A lovely, well situated hotel with extremely helpful staff. The lobby was well arranged to encourage small group interaction and continental breaks were extremely well served.

Good location. Poor management. Refrigerator never worked, dimly lit room, needed 2 duvets for a queen bed(apparently they don't have the right size), room not serviced one day (to their surprise); thermostat not programmed for below 73 degrees, etc.

I cannot fault the James Boutique hotel - walkable distance to city centre, staff so helpful offering recommendations for places to visit. The room/ toilet were spotless and well laid out. Finally the best breakfast I’ve had with all local produce. Would highly recommend.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for a family tip. It’s conveniently located close to the center, but far enough to be really quiet at night. The rooms were clean and updated and the front desk staff was friendly. Parking is located at the supermarket parking lot, which is accessible to anyone. I didn’t have any issues with that, but this might be an issue for some people.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at James Boutique and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel by experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded expectations. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is also perfect. close to Centre city, yet quiet and peaceful at night. I would highly recommend James Boutique to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and worry-free stay. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely small hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Colmar. I had a lovely room and as I have mobility issues, the hotel provided an excellent shower chair for my use during my stay. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. My daughter and grand-daughter were staying nearby and we all enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar on a number of occasions. The breakfast offering was excellent - something for everyone. I can only describe my stay as perfect.

Nice hotel. Great lobby and breakfast area. Room was simply average, although the bed was very comfortable.

We ended up at this hotel last minute after an issue with another booking we had made in Colmar. I am very glad we ended up at this hotel. The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend. Amazing staff, great room, great location, good parking and overall a brilliant experience.

Not a r star property. No robes an all in one shampoo, conditioner and body wash.. not great.

Great little hotel perfect walking distance to the Christmas markets or anywhere in the old town of Colmar. Parking was easy on the side of the hotel. Easy check in and out, nice little lounge in the lobby. Overall it’s listed as a 4 star hotel but we give it 4+.
