Very happy with our stay, nice hotel in a quiet location, good spa, kids in the pool circa 90mins in the morning and late afternoon, very well equipped gym, good breakfast, we will be coming back for sure 😉

Lovely spa hotel, only problem is no aircon and rooms very hot in the heatwave , need air conditioning

A clean, well maintained, and picturesque hotel in a lovely location. Reception staff and bar staff were helpful and friendly, the restaurant was a little more chaotic with missed food orders, unable to answer questions about food, and dropping used breakfast cutlery in our laps causing us to have to change clothes. The room was fine, although somewhat basic lacking any standout touches. The iron provided was fairly useless and caused brown stains on my white shirt the morning of attending a wedding, and the fan provided was broken and noisy, which was unfortunate given the room was like an oven. Unfortunately the temperature of the room and the noisy fan meant sleep was fairly disturbed. Whilst the temperature is not within the control of the hotel or staff, an effective way to cool the room to a comfortable level should be considered. The spa was a nice extra, and facilities were also clean and well maintained. There was no spa staff in sight at the front desk when I arrived or left, which could cause concern in the event of an emergency as guests were not signing in or out. Overall, a lovely stay marked by a few disappointments.

Great hotel, easy to park and room was really nice. No air con but there was a fan provided. Unfortunately tv did not work or the telephone. Receptionist said they were unaware and it couldn’t be fixed but offered access to the spa and drinks. However I already had access & had bought drinks in the spa. Spa would be very busy with day guests in the day. Breakfast was great and great choice available.

Lovely location and beautiful surroundings. The hotel could do with a bit of updating, and the spa could be a bit cleaner, it was also quite loud due to lots of screaming children, so it wasn’t as relaxing as expected.

I am a repeat guest of this hotel, but I would not recommend staying here if the weather is hot. The room is like a sauna. They have no air conditioning. No complimentary water in the room.

Really good experience Upgrade to the deluxe larger room is well worth it. Really nice room and space. Spa is great. Very chilled out hotel. Restaurant is also good and accommodating to dietary needs

The rooms are not designed for the summer, no air-conditioning just standard desk fans. Breakfast was a bit of a let down, as it was all over cooked (mainly the eggs).

Lovely stay for my girlfriend's birthday, only issue we had was the heat of the room and being unable to keep it cool, otherwise very happy with our stay.

Helpful giving ground floor room due yo disability but 1 double bed,paid for 2 separate beds. Staff got put you up very low camp bed,great bur then virtually impossible yo move round the room. Told breakfast 7.30,too late as we had to get away early went to check out ,oh no it's 7 weekdays went without paid for breakfast for nothing.
