The Staff at this resort are very nice. Ana was very accommodating and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were super clean and nice. The amenities were very fun. Overall oceans edge is the best Hotel in Key west!

People were letting their dogs poop on the walkways and it took days before it was cleaned up.

I love this place. We had everything we need in 1 place.

This hotel is at the end of Key West centered on a marina. The hotel is located in the flight path of the airport which can be quite noisy. There were a number of different pools and many families were staying there during our time. The hotel is a distance from the attractions and involved a 20 minute cab ride each way to get into historic Key West. There is one restaurant on property. We were upgraded to a water view suite - which was lovely.

I liked that it was quiet and the area was clean. The fun included events talked about only occur on friday and saturday so we did not feel like we got a good use of our money . Happy hour could not be included at the pool and you were required to go in for happy hour and could not take your drink to the pool. Housekeeping only cleaned our room once. The shuttle dropped us off and we had at the very least a 15 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go. The beach was a 35 minute walk from the drop off site when we were told it was 5 minutes. They allowed us to paddle board and when we came back we stayed there were quite a few sharks and stingrays to which the reply was “yes at this time of the day the fishermen cut their fish and throw scraps in the water to feed them” we were upset this was not information provided before. the front desk people were dismissing the concerns i brought up and said “oh that sucks… have a good rest of your stay”. Activities planned outside of the resort were great!!

We loved our 4 nights here, quiet and relaxed with no over crowding. Beautiful place, would defo stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the tiki bar and the shuttle was a great way to Duval street. The room was nice and clean.

We had a very relaxing time at the resort. Service in the bar was unfriendly and rushed. There was no time to ask about food or other drinks. Maid service extremely slow. We stayed out of our room for more than 7hours on 2 days and still came back without our room done.

The hotel was very clean. the people were really nice. the room was wonderful. the pools were clean. We loved the place. Not crazy about the location but the hotel is worth every penny. Food was a bit expensive, so didn't eat there. will defintely go back!

The unique thing I liked about the property was it was very quiet. I felt like I was in a tropical island, and I felt very safe and secure. The hotel staff were amazing. They wanted to make my the best possible stay they accommodated even when they didn’t need to which are appreciated very much. I would definitely go back.

The property is good, but the management is unfair. When booking in Expedia, the ad clearly stated the $50 resort fee was included in the quote, but the hotel insisted on collecting the fees even though I showed them proof of the ad. They stated I misunderstood what was written clearly in black and white. They chose to not honor the ad mistake and charged me although I never approved the charges at checkout.

Everything was very nice at the resort. All the pools were clean and made it not busy at each one. The room was very nice and clean. Shuttle service was great also. Would recommend again

The property is wonderful, pools and resturant are a huge plus. We had rain for most of our trip, so unable to use the outdoor amenities. Wish the resort fee was waived or lowered since unable use amenities. Resturant was very good, definitely would recommend a stay!
