When I made the booking, the reviews all said that wifi was fast and good. Imagine to my horror that wifi was not working when I arrived due to optic fibre cable malfunction. I have work backlog now. Avoid if you are a professional. Good location but not for long stay guests.

Finding the place is very difficult even though it is in the city center. After finding the location, I went inside but I had to cancel when I wanted to check in even though I had already paid in full, I didn't get my money back. The reason I canceled was because after coming in and seeing it in person, the room smelled very bad, the condition of the room was too much gypsum scattered around and where the building tools were. where. The room is not neatly arranged when you want to enter the room. Sorry I didn't take a photo because I immediately said goodbye feeling disappointed because it didn't match the review I read 🙏😢😩😭.

First time staying here for 4 people, and was given a room for 5 people. The room is quite okay.

The staff are friendly, but the rooms are a lot of insects and fleas, the 3rd floor without elevator, the bathroom is very dirty, lots of hair k * l * m * n, not good, just because it's close and strategic place, it's better to look for a little expensive but go home with no illness.

I don’t know how this hotel has quite good rating but it’s so old and requires renovation so badly! Is it worth of price? Yes, if you have hostel phobia. Cleanliness is also very unsatisfying. Someone’s hair and dust one the floor, someone’s gummy bears pack on the shelf, also I suspect bed linen wasn’t fresh but I can’t say for sure as pillow and bed itself smells like cigarette smoke. Should I even tell there’s no daily cleaning? Positive side - staff. Some of them are really nice and helpful.

This is such amazing place for budget travel. Location is perfect which is near Petaling street and Pasar Seni station just few steps so you can easy to reach every places in Kuala Lumpur. I booked family room and they have everything essentials (you can request the staffs). Room is small however it is worth for the price. I think this hotel is the cheapest in KL 😂. The staffs are really friendly, you can ask them anything about Malaysia and they are good at English, Chinese too. Also you can get clean water to drink at the counter for free. Totally love this hotel and I will come back if I have a chance

The hotel offers a 30-minute late check-in because the previous check-out is late. Arbitrarily changing another room for the guest with a worse room, the guest refuses to tell the room, let the guest wait too long, and the guests demand the money to bring the correct room. During the waiting period there are no seats, no wc. Please give the hotel to the wc room with a seat waiting for the unpaid living room. Hotel with many mosquitoes, double bunk beds on 2 sisters collapsed. Experience horrible for 5-person room, 2 double-storey beds and 1 single hic bed.

Toilet room is dirty / no bath soap provided / no air freshener in the room that's why it’s smell bad.

Sad, the rooms in the renovation process are also still being sold, the service is not good and there are hidden rates, namely taxis per room 10 ringgit.

Many areas smell not fresh, dim, in a room like an old guesthouse for decades, I only lasted an hour, cancel, look for another place. 😭

This hotel was very cheap but the room conditions were not up to basic standards of cleanliness and the beds were uncomfortable for our backs, the ceiling had holes in the thermal plaques and the air conditioner unit (thankfully at least there was one!) had no functioning slats so there was no way to change the direction of the airflow and since the room was small and chocabloc with an extra bed and we couldn't move anything around and the AC it blew straight on to us. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but there was only one of them who spoke English so sometimes it was not possible to communicate our needs. The best thing was the location, close to China Town.

No grill. Doors like this get knocked out. Towels are like wipes. The location of the night is scary. No elevators, no stairs.
