Staff is superb! Restaurant has delicious meals

Small rooms Restaurant close early. No food after 21;30

Loved our stay! Hotel is in a great location, staff were extremely friendly, especially during breakfast! The cook, and lady in charge of breakfast went above and beyond to provide me with food for my sick dog. Outstanding! Our room did face the front of the hotel, and they did have a loud party the first night, and of course like most hotels in Germany there was no AC, but despite that we had a great time, would definitely stay here again.

Property should be updated and remodeled

The property is in the middle of nowhere, it is too far away from any restaurant or any food establishments. Being next to a hospital is very crowded, cars coming and going. We had to call a few times to bring us towels for bath, they would come fix the bed but not repunishing the condemned.

Everything was excellent. But missing air conditioner.

The service and the restaurant are excellent! The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The only thing that I was bothered by was the smoking in the restaurant bar.

We were just stopping for the night but despite there being a wedding party at the location, we had one of our best night sleeps.Really lovely helpful staff and fantastic comfort.

A lovely property, very unique and a refreshing change to the run of the mill chain hotels. Air con in the rooms would have been nice as the weather during our stay was very hot but this was offset by the beer being very cold !!

The hotel is great. The only thing we didn't likr was the breakfast, which was not worth its price. Our last night was Monday and there was only one guy working in the dining room. There was no refill when things were over, and we had to wait too long for service

A five star rating but no Air conditioning! For the room temperature the situation was simply disasterous. The restaurant was full both nights and totally understaffed. 2 hours for a quick dinner. So many other good hotels in the region.

The hotel is more a 3 or 4 stars than a 5 stars. It might be due to lower service quality in low season period. The rooms are clean, but design, furniture and equipment are very basic. I was in particular disappointed by the fact I couldn't use the Spa (Sauna) that only opens at 12pm and hotel reception not allowing a late checkout unless I pay extra 75 Euros.

Schön, ruhig und sauber

Von außen ein wunderschönes Hotel, man findet die Rezeption sehr leicht und das Personal war freundlich und klappte alles reibungslos. Das Zimmer war ein bisschen versteckt, aber nicht schwer zu finden. Der erste Eindruck: Wow, es ist groß! Couch war ich im Hotel nicht gewohnt und die Säule am Eingang hat mir gefallen, es wirkte edel, bis auf das Bad. Das Licht flackert beim Einschalten, die Dusche ist schimmelig, ein absolutes No-Go für eine so schrecklich teure Nacht und ich suchte erst einmal vergeblich eine Notiz zum W-Lan, aber da war ich wohl selbst zu blöd, um zu verstehen, dass man sich einfach über den Laptop/das Handy einwählen konnte, ganz ohne irgendein Passwort, etc. Das Bett war ebenfalls erstaunlich hart, die Couch auch, alles in allem schön anzusehen, aber nicht zwingend hygienisch und eher nicht komfortabel. Hätte für den saftigen Preis besseres erwartet.

Vi havde en fantastisk overnatning og morgenmaden var også perfekt.
