The staff are all accommodating and very courteous which I love the most. The hotel itself is just a minute away from Hirakatashi train station which made it very easy for me to travel to and from the hotel. It's also just behind a mall and other convenience stores which made it a breeze if I wanted to buy anything. And to make it even better they have an outdoor onsen which I was able to book exclusively for myself. I'll definitely consider this hotel again if I visit Osaka.
