Clean, quiet, good breakfast options. Staff was VERY pleasant and helpful above and beyond.

Great hotel

I am local to Dickson but needed to be out of the house for some repairs. Phillip was friendly and accomodating. We needed milk for my grandson that evening and he went in the kitchen and got some for us since it was not sold in the lobby.

Looks great from the outside and inside. Friendly staff. Nice and clean. Other than the room needing to be updated and the sitting chair having holes in the fabric, the stay was good!

Nice staff. The room was big, clean, quiet & the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast excellent. With choices of scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, jucie, milk, tea, coffee & make your own mini waffles.

Nice hotel - easy access to/from I-40.

I had a plumbing issue and the staff took care of it immediately.

Beds are old and worn out.

Our original room when we checked in was 220 it had dirty beds and was dirty /unclean still had impressions of people sitting/laying /smelt bad .Told front desk they moved to 3rd floor to room 320 shower curtain had blood stains all over it ,blood on bathroom shower wall ,cigarette ashes in AC Vent and dead bugs on floor .

Stay here everytime i am in town. Highly recommended
