Staff was very polite and courteous. This hotel needs improvement and upgrade. Old and broken furniture, bathroom drains were clogged, hard mattresses, and No free car parking facility. Breakfast should be free and a part of the stay package. Somehow the location was a good and very busy street with a lot of food restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance.

Hotel is very old. Bath room are very dirty

No towel and Hygienes shampoo in the toilet Room AC was not working there was smell in the room

Price was ok. Affordable But too many flies in the room

Not good service A- Not good cleaness B- Toilet & Bath Room no service provide during stay C-No changes of bed sheet during stay. D- You need to call reception for essential service but they did not provide routine room service daily .

The cleaning service left my room open for long time when I came back I found my room open Also I asked for two beds and they gave me one queuen size bed Left two days early and paid for all 6 days

Location is in the heart and lively , near to bus station of naif intersection , walking 15 mins to banyas metro station , air conditioning good but very noisy , they clean room every two days which is not good , tv ok , refrigerator okay , old amenities, safe in the room , escalator is good , staff is okay but not very helpful , during check in they give me only one card inspite we are two and the check in guy give another card after while , overall , not bad

Decent Hotel. Air conditioning is very loud in the room though.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Rooms smell terrible, I don't know why they don't just put air fresheners in there. I had to switch rooms and had to get the room hosed down in air freshener to make it bearable. As I was packing to leave there was some sort of bug on my jacket, not sure if it was bed bug but I was leaving so I didn't really care.

We had a good time . The hotel environment is quiet but the water was too hot and there was no bar to relax. We are confined to our room.

The employee in charge of cleaning the room has a little bit problem of cleaning every day justifying he has been busy in cleaning other spaces all the day. Otherwise it a very good hotel to stay in again there. All the reception desk, and security employees are very good in their service. For other viewers the location of the hotel is a litter longer distance from the nearest Metro station, Banyias, thus be ready to walk about 15 minutes to reach there.

You will love this hotel for sure everything is excellent
