The owner welcomes travelers with a badly attitude, screaming and demanding. It was so bad our experience with her that she had scared my two young daughters and I had to leave her place because we didn’t feel safe. Besides the place looks and smells dirty.

When we arrived there was no hot water until next day , that was a little disappointing... and we became a bedroom with two beds , were we asked for a bedroom with one big bedroom ... the decoration is very artistic ! The breakfasts are fantástic and the owner is very , very nice , always offering help and advice ... the girls That make the rooms Aren’t professional , they forget one day to Make Our room And they didn’t clean very well ... The hostel is located very near the metro line ( H ) and many buslines connect you with the whole city ! Most amazing : The bread and eggs with fresh coffee it Tea at breakfast !

As the owner is Belgian, the support and assistance is extremely helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel radiats a cosy feeling with a feel at home mentality.The owner is multi languaged which lifts up multi cultural barriers. The abundance of many art works spread around the facility invites for cultural interactions and conversations.

No es nada de lo que se promociona en las fotos no quise quedarme más tiempo dadas las condiciones del lugar, de tal forma que no pude tomar fotos para documentar la realidad. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo

Atención del propietario excelente, no así el servicio, decía desayuno gratuito en el anuncio pues no pagamos a parte,no tenia wifi, no tiene buena calefacción, no suelo ir a hoteles con jabon y champu tuve que comprar!

O ambiente do hotel é incrível, a localização com metrô a menos de 100m é perfeita. A dona é super atenciosa e deu varias dicas boas. O café da manhã não é dos melhores e a água do chuveiro demora muito a esquentar além de molhar o banheiro todo.

Bien que le décor soit sympathique et de bon goût, il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel boutique. Aucun service n'est offert, sauf le petit déjeuner très sympathique dans la cuisine de la propriétaire. Les serviettes grisâtre ne sont pas changées, l'air climatisé coule abondamment à l'intérieur, le toit coule, la piscine n'est pas accessible ou fonctionnelle...
