Hotel was fantastic! Was gracious enough for early checkin , I flew in the morning and was completely jet legged. Hotel was very clean, modern, I really have nothing negative to say about it . Front desk was so nice and told us about bus schedule . Our purpose was to see Taylor Swift concert. It all worked out ! Yah

When we arrived to check in, 5 minutes early...we were greeted by three employees at the front desk. The woman who appeared to be in charge told us "we need a moment, please go sit on the red sofa." There was no "hello" no "we will be with you in just a moment" but rather...we are too busy to help you, you are here five, yes five minutes early...go sit on the couch and wait. It was a rude arrival to our accommodations and left a bad flavor for our time in your hotel. A little hospitality training would be advised for this employee. The young woman that checked us in couldn't have been friendlier. The manager didn't even say hello.

Excellent hotel for convenience and the facilities available are very good. The bus pick up and drop off is virtually on the doorstep.

The fact that it was a very quiet room, and that the fintesscenter was included in the price 👍 😃🏋🚴‍♂️

Hotel issues a complementary bus ticket for the duration of the stay form he hotel to the railway station.This was very convenient. Staff very helpfull.

The room was super clean, tidy, and the kitchen area very convenient. Also got fridge, and safe.

Excellent for the reason it served

Dirty toe nails on the floor hadnt been hoovered from previous. And there was no kitchenette just a fridge sp couldnt even cook food

Ok for a quick stay. The facilities include gym, sauna, Minigolf, bowling, and some more. Some of it paid however nice to have it onsite.

Hotel was fine but i was not aware the parking was 15chf per night.

The personal charged me with parking fees and I have No car , they ask you for measurements like in the military , prices are expensive and the Duscher was broken , the cleaning service stole my expensive Estée Lauder rose perfum, they disturb you opening the door from 7 am 2 -3 times to try to stole your valuable things , I know because I was in bed the first 3 days was horrible raining weather , horrible I needed to buy locker to put all valuable under keys

The hotel is clean and modern, but rooms are small and there is no onsite security at night. The restaurant has good service and food, and the gym/tennis center is fantastic.

Nice hotel, must be perfect for sports / leisure stay, but mine was business :-)

Accommodation was extremely functional for our needs. Very clean with public transport basically at our door step which appreciated. Little confused with maid service ... did not get clean glasses from the first day of check in, ran out of tissues which were never replaced, recyclables were never taken away, but these were minor inconveniences. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
