No AC and our room was hot. Their solution was to open a window. Layout is a huge oval race track with only 1 entrance on each floor. It was 104 paces from the elevator to our room.

The buffet in the evening wasn’t very good, tough meat and soggy vegetables.

They had an issue with their check -in system, we waited for over an hour to finally have a room without having a room key, and there was no WiFi until 10pm. The lounge was full of guests waiting for check-in

Apartment unnsa was unlocked, left open, dirty beds, dirty dishes, dirty towels, garbage. Couldn't contact host for help. Contacted Hotel.com for help.

Close to Bergen Airport. Rooms are clean, spacious and bright. Love that their shower has a door, that way water doesn’t splash everywhere. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The Brown Cheese was so good. Staff at the buffet area are so gracious and attentive. We’ll definitely be back.

No airport shuttle.

This hotel is walking distance to the airport and the train into the city. There reallly is not much within walking distance. Very convient for a quick stay over to catch a flt. Very clean, although we did have a little issue with a comforter. Breakfast buffet was included and nice. Dinner was a different story they were short handed, so it was pizza or a buger. Both were good.

This is a wonderful hotel for a first or last night near the Bergen airport. Large, quiet rooms, excellent food. The only disadvantage is that it is 800 meters from the terminal -- a long walk when it's raining but a very short ride in a taxi.

This lovely hotel was within walking distance of the airport and lightrail. Convenient for heading to the city center or to stay while waiting for your cruise along the coast.

Room was clean, but sofa had large stain on it. I mentioned it to reception. Food was better than expected

Almost everything about this property was great. My only real negative comment is the parking. However, do not let that sway you from not choosing this hotel. If I am paying to stay at your hotel, I SHOULD NOT have to pay to park there. Your hotel is already expensive, and I stayed in the tiniest room. But considering that there's virtually NO FREE PARKING in all of Bergen, I shouldn't have to pay to park at the hotel that I'm already paying to stay at. In my opinion, that is a cheap scam. Cheap, because the parking doesn't actually cost that much. However, you do have to pay every day, and because it's cheap I have to ask why even charge at all? BESIDES THAT, The staff was friendly, the restaurant in the lobby was fantastic, and even my small room was very cozy! Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at!

kettle not working, and man at reception desk said there were no spare kettles,and no vacant rooms from which to take a working kettle. Ridiculous, I cant believe there was not a single spare kettle in this large hotel. Man at reception desk was not interested in helping us. Very poor service, for the cost of the accommodation.

The property was lovely, but the room was small and the front desk wasn't very welcoming. Also, the dining room was terribly understaffed and our dining experience was not very good. I'm hoping they were just short servers that day because if that was not the case, I would not suggest trying to have dinner here. The breakfast buffett was good though.

Great a place to spend the night before an early morning flight. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Room is clean and bed comfortable. The included breakfast is a steal, with large selection of various food, even with smoked salmon.

Great hotel and location clise to airport but no shuttle so you either have to walk to the terminal or pay 200kr for a cab. Walk is about 10 mins fairly easy but not in heavy rain with a bunch of cases.

Breakfast, served early, was really excellent. Very close to the airport.
