They sandwiched Nicole (super sweet) between two very unpleasant staff members, Russell & Joe. Why work at a hotel and be in the hospitality industry if you don’t even own a smile ??!

I always enjoy my stay here. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. No cons to speak of. A++

Stay one night. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent. Safe area and good location. Close to everything.

I wanted a top floor so I could not hear noise above. But ended up with 3rd floor an there was noise. Plus o the side where traffic.

Met some great concierge staff the night of May 8th and had a fun conversation about movies. I felt welcomed and safe. Just the perfect hotel for a little getaway from home. Thank you for your work folks.

Very friendly. Extremely clean. Great breakfast spread. Pool was excellent for our toddler to play in.

The carpet & walls need a UV light & Enzyme cleaner in rooms, because my room smelled like a cat had peed everywhere! Rooms are unsafe for cats & small dogs that like to hide, because small pets have access underneath the bed where humans can not reach. The staff was very helpful & friendly.

The night clerk Russel was amazing and went out of his way to help us with our dog that we had staying the night with us and very accommodating. Great service and a great price.

Our room was very clean with comfortable bed and nice linens.

our stay was great. Would stay here again. They offered free breakfast, rooms were clean, beds were comfy. The walls are pretty thin you can hear other people talking especially if you have the jointed room. But overall our stay was good!

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this property for an annual two week family visit. I am now retired but during my working life stayed extensively at multiple hotel chains and I can unequivocally say this one ranks at the top of my list. Entire staff is friendly, professional, and very customer oriented. Rooms are clean and very meticulously maintained by housekeeping staff, well designed and include all amenities including good internet, broad cable and internet TV selections, excellent bathrooms and amenities. This will be my go-to choice in this area for the foreseeable future.
