It was an old building but very well maintained. The room was very comfy and clean. They allowed me to park my car next to it too as vacant lot available.

Nice large rooms, older but well kept. However the public bath is in serious need of renovation. Would be ok around 13-15k, we paid 25k due to special dates - won't do that again.

For the price I had paid for the room I had booked at this hotel, it was definitely not worth it. 1) SERVICE: I had asked the front desk lady to help me book a table at a restaurant for the night. I had given her the name and phone number of the restaurant with all details ready for her in Japanese so she would find it easy to read. She only gave the details I showed her a 5 second glance and proceeded to open a phone book of hers and booked a table for me. When I went to the restaurant I intended to dine at, the restaurant was closed. I was confused as I was sure that the booking was successful and that she assured me the booking was for that night. I had no choice but to look for another option. The only place that was opened at the time was a fine dining restaurant which was much more expensive to eat at. When I got there I found out I was actually booked to dine at the expensive restaurant. So not only was I booked for the wrong restaurant, I was late to my table booking and staff members found it very rude of me to arrive late. It was too difficult to explain my situation to the staff members due to language barriers so I just apologized and paid 4-5 times more than intended for that night's dinner. 2) ROOM The rooms were very old and the bed was placed right next to an old heater which hummed very loudly throughout the night. It was impossible to sleep. Lights are also very dim which gave the room a creepy vibe. Worst of all - the also smelt very bad - I suspect it was a combination of humidity and food from the previous visitor. To be honest, I am still unsure what it is but it was not pleasant. 3) ONSEN The onsen they have isn't really an onsen but a tub of hot water. Water wasn't very hot too which pretty much defeats the purpose of an onsen. 4) PRICE I had paid 320AUD for ONE night's stay at this hotel. For all the problems I had listed above, it is really NOT worth it and very disappointing.

Great big rooms, but everything feels a bit old. As a Tourist beware off the breakfast: Everything is served with love, but traditional Japanese breakfast contains fish, salat and vegetables.

Staff at the front desk is friendly and very helpful. The location is close to public transit. But the room is a bit old.
