Location was great, a 7 minute walk from the Duomo & opposite direction of the big crowds. The apartment was a perfect size for me & my daughter- the bathroom/shower was a great size & not too small as some bathrooms are in Italy. The apartment is set back from the street, you walk through a front building, a courtyard, then into the apartment section. We felt safe & enjoyed our privacy. There is even a shared washer/dryer unit down the hall. Conveniently, there is a supermarket just across the street from us to get water and some food to keep in the fridge & cook. Walkable to ponte vecchio, about 15 minutes, and tons of shopping places & eateries. Would love to stay here again!

This an apartment not a hotel so keep that in mind. Also the location of the apartment is not the location provided in the description so we had to walk an additional 10 minutes after checking in at the office which was not ideal with all of our luggage. However, the apartment was nice and located in a great location near the Ponte Vecchio bridge.

Our room was clean, tidy, and showcased some beautiful touches that was Florence! The staff member that showed us up to our room was helpful & friendly ( staff not on site so you need to arrange a time for check in ) The room was equipped with a kitchen & had access to a laundry which i loved. The parts i didn’t love were that address given was their office address so arrived there ( not sure why I wasn’t given the room address in my documentation ) and then had to walk heavy bags across the city to our room, also you have to walk through a cafe courtyard to get in and out of your room which I felt was a little awkward each morning/afternoon.

Location was excellent. Very close to restaurants and main attractions. Very noisy at night especially because our wooden shutters wouldn’t close completely to help with street noise. Initially booking was misleading as it showed an outside patio/balcony and our room provided neither. Bed was in a loft area with no night light provided to see your way to the bathroom at night. Overall disappointing

We stayed in the Classic 2 bed ground floor apartment on Via Camillo Cavour, on arrival we were a little concerned as the address we had appeared to be a school or business centre. However, at the agreed time a gent appeared through some ornate metal and glass doors at the end of the marble corridor and greeted us. He showed us through a courtyard dining area (part of the neighbouring café) and to our apartment which was spacious and clean.

First off: the location of this place is AMAZING. It is quite literally around the corner from the Duomo. So many shopping and eating options steps away. The room was exactly as advertised, and huge: particularly for European standards. The host had incredible communication and was flexible with check in time and quick to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend this place, we enjoyed our stay.

It is rustic and a bit tired but in a great location. Easy access to everything we wanted to do and see. Lot of restaurants, shopping, and museums. Easy to get to the train.

Air conditioning is very weak and inefficient in cooling down the whole unit. The unit has very many main, middle, and apartment entrances, keys, pretty complicated. Location is great, near the duomo.

I loved this guest house! It has all the amenities you need, including a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. The room was spacious, with a dining table for added convenience. The location is excellent, with all major tourist spots within walking distance. Highly recommended!

We loved Firenze rentals and would stay again. Perfect four our family of four. Parking was fairly close by in parking garage and was very expensive but location was central and perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend.

The stay was excellent value for money. Enough room for two adults and two teenagers. The location could not be better. Right in the heart of the town around the corner from all the main sights, shops and cafes. Air con was good. Building itself was in good condition but lift was quite narrow. It's a few floors up so it doesn't suffer too much noise from the street but there are a few deliveries in the morning. They didn't bother us. No balcony or outside space on this one but again we were fine with that. Comms very good and they met us on time. Kitchen space and equipment ok. Washing machine was useful. Overall a good choice.

We loved our stay in our mini apartment. Communication exellent, it was our first time in Italy and host were attentive and had someone waiting for us to arrive. Someone always picked up the phone and helped us wiht any question. It was central location, 5 minutes to Uffizi gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Close to shopping area, really outside your door. Food market about 10 minutes. Very central. King bed comfortable, sofa bed good. Minor, we tried to use stove but could not. Possibly because we had 2 air conditioners on. However coffe maker and kettle work just fine. Fridge is good. only negative is mosquitos. Do not open window theres no mesh and they come in. We would rent again. THey have other properties throughout Florence, would love to rent another location.

This is a great place to stay. Comfortable, clean, great location and we loved the washing machine. The location was the best, a few steps to Ponte Vecchio bridge, the museums, restaurants, shopping and the train station within 10 minutes. We loved that they automatically sent us dinner, coffee shop and cafe recommendations and included many times discounts at the locations. Great communications and quick responses. The beds were comfortable, the refrigerator was big and there was everything we needed.

Yes—the view of the dome (the Duomo!) from the bedroom window is real, and it’s absolutely incredible. I was skeptical when booking, assuming the photo might be from a different apartment or listing, but it’s the actual view from this place. Waking up to that sight every morning was unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better. You’re right in the heart of Florence—about 10 minutes to the Duomo, 20 to the Ponte Vecchio, and 30 to Piazzale Michelangelo for sunset. It’s a busy area, which means there’s constant activity, but also endless restaurants, shops, cafés, and bars just steps from the front door. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious—far bigger than similarly priced places we stayed in Rome and Venice. We’re a family with three teenagers, and the layout worked perfectly: the boys shared the room with two beds, and our daughter had her own room. The living and kitchen areas were comfortable and well-sized for relaxing at the end of each day. It’s on the fourth floor, and while there is an elevator, we usually took the stairs. The property managers deserve a special mention. I texted them just 30 minutes before arrival and they met us right at the apartment to drop bags early. Their office is just a 1–2 minute walk away, and someone was always available. That made checking in and storing bags before/after a breeze. They also gave great local food recommendations—everything we tried was fantastic. Highly recommend this apartment.
