Location is excellent, the staff are great , bed are a little bit hard but otherwise nice place

Conveniently located across the road from Portsmouth Train station and a few minutes walk from Gunwharf Quay and Spinnaker Tower, perfect. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was neat and tidy, towels, body wash and shampoo were provided. The harbour view out the window was beautiful, and with breakfast included, not continental but fully cooked breakfast, all the works. It was all amazing and we will definitely be staying here again...there's also free parking around the back of the hotel. Thank you!!

The staff are great, so helpful. Perfect location just over the road to the Historic Dockyard. Easy parking behind the property. The room was great, excellent shower, comfortable bed. All very clean. Breakfast was very good, well prepared with good quality ingredients. Would definately stay again. Perfect for a two day visit to the Dockyard.

Amazing location right on the harbor. Walking access to the ferry, shops and museum.

Amazing cooked breakfast - fresh with lots of choices, great shower, lovely large bedroom with harbour view, parking at the hotel, hotel in great location for both shopping and viewing historical places of interest, all staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

All the staff from the Reception staff, waiting staff and cleaners were friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. We had on site parking which was so handy. The location is perfect for shopping and visiting the historic dockyard. Totally recommend staying here.

The hotel is located close to bus and rail station and steps away from the Dockyard plus shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms were cleaned daily and had everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were welcoming and friendly

All staff were friendly. Car parking was a bonus. Loved the breakfast and the view from the comfortable room. Would stay again. Almost right by main dockyard gate and a few minutes to the station and Gunwharf.

We had a lovely break at this hotel. It is in an excellent location close to the historic docks and many restaurants. The tower is also local and well worth going up. The staff are amazing. Jeremy clearly works so hard and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were fab too and as a coeliac needing gluten free it was an extra special treat as they have GF cereals as well as part cooked breakfast and kippers too.
