Great breakfast. Comfortable beds!

Room had an unpleasant odor … cleaning room was extra… staff not friendly, carry luggage up 3 stairs to elevator….

A great hotel with access to the Aquapark with free entry to the pool and fitness area. The breakfast and the dinner buffet get a ten out of ten! Tasty, high quality food and a fantastic choice! We enjoyed our three day stay in this quality hotel.

Fast and friendly check in, nice hotel. Make sure you book in advance if you want to go to the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was good.

Had been to football in Heidenheim and wanted a place in the town to stay. Really impressed with this hotel. Huge room, great service and modern interiors! Breakfast looked really nice with lots of hot and cold choices but unfortunately didn’t have any time to sample. Was also informed we could of used the swimming pool next door for free!

I stayed there as part of a road trip back to Berlin. Staff was really helpful and informative. Place was very clean. Rooms are super comfortable. Quiet and Neat. Did not try to food.

Very nice hotel up above the city of Heidenheim. We were not able to take advantage of the included use of the swimming facilities next door, but heard that they are fantastic. Walking into town is all downhill, but only about 10 minutes on foot. The hotel facilities were excellent for the price, though seating in the room itself was limited (it could have used a few nice chairs to sit in). Furnishings and bathroom facilities were modern and complete. We would stay there again we were in the area.

It’s a nice Hotel and Service ^^

Everything was lovely, except two small points. First, a large dog walked in and out of the breakfast room while we were eating; secondly, the balcony outside the room, which has a glorious view, would be much improved if there were barriers sectioning off the different rooms - we might then not have smelled the morning and evening cigarettes from the lady in the next room.

Upgraded to great rooms with fabulous views. Friendly service and good to have access to the pool area.

A great hotel in Heidenheim an der Brenz. Beautiful location overlooking the castle and town and very convenient for business travel to the area. Very nice staff.

Every time I visit this hotel I am amazed by the hospitality and kindness of the staff.

Great to have complimentary access to the Aquarena. One of the biggest reasons we booked this hotel. Downside was the bar food menu in the evening - overpriced for the quanitiy and quality. Otherwise very good hotel.

Hotel was clean. Definitely recommend an upgrade to a newer room. NO air conditioning even though I paid extra for AC. Breakfast was good. Limited selection.

Good business hotel with normal breakfast buffet and small patio to sit outside. Plus: it is right beside the local indoor pool with 50m swim lanes. Air conditioning didn't work, but open window brought in fresh and cool air.

The hotel was quite nice - friendly staff, clean rooms, good location. My kids loved swimming every day. The only downside was that the room was incredibly hot, so I'd avoid staying here in summer.
