Comfortable and quiet

Everything was good

I took me an hour and a forty five minutes to check in my room because the cleaners never cleaned it from the previous customers. The entire hotel smelled like dirty dogs and the carpet looks like it has never been cleaned.

Floor was not clean, sink was stopped up. No handicap room so toilet was too low, hard to get up off of. On the plus side there was a full-size fridge two burners to cook with and a microwave. Also WiFi.

I booked the hotel for Friday and Saturday but arrived early Saturday morning at about 2 am and was told that the system couldn't check me in. So, I had to spend the night at a friend's house but was still charged for Friday. I was told to call the manager on Monday to get a refund but no answer.

This site is deplorable the rooms are in horrible shape. Furniture that needs to be thrown out. There is trash all over the property Also people openly doing drugs in parking lot And top off all of that, our truck window was was broken out And no one was the least bit concerned

The room was completely filthy. It was loud out sir all night from people that live there. As well as walking past people smoking in front of the door any time you come or go. Extremely dissatisfied for the money you pay.

Place was completely gross and they also tried charging me to change my towels out. Toilet constantly stomps up and tub. This place is gross

Do not believe the pictures. This place was terrible. The bed was terrible, the pillows were flat, we found a CRACK PIPE in our room. I will never, ever, ever, stay here or at any Extended Stay Location again!!!

The front desk is never there. The room is smelly and doesn’t feel clean. I arrived late at 1am. My room didn’t come with hair dryer, toilet paper. Nothing. It’s a horrible experience never in my life will book here again.

3 separate occasions the elevator didn’t work. Ok take the stairs that’s fine, except the stairwells are disgusting and the hallways are just as bad. Whole place smells like cigarettes

No one at desk for check in. Couldn’t even get in the lobby. Sign said to call 800 number but operator didn’t know what to do. Road noise was super loud. No breakfast even though it said grab n go breakfast. No coffee.

I had a reservation and showed up around midnight and they said they were out of single rooms and my reservation was to give them as estimate of who’s coming, not to actually hold it. Reservations do not matter here.
