Not bad, but the bed and pillows are terrible, Cleanness is ok, but it can improve. Guest's service is great friendly and the food is good too, expensive if compared to the restaurants in the area.

The customer service were very attentive. Our room was clean and small with two twin beds but good for us. The bed was ok, a little bit on the firm side. Bathroom didn’t include hand towels only 2 bath towels. The hotel offered breakfast at a fee but we didn’t try since there are so many cafes/restaurants at walking distance. Good security. The value was good for what I pay.

I would like more towels in the bathroom, shampoo and conditioner.

Staff is helpful but very slow. Check-in is 3 pm and you have to wait for staff to clean. Takes forever
