Great place to stay while in Broken Arrow.

Very good

Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Clean. Love the main lobby area where can stay in air condition environment to visit with other hotel guest comfortably without having to gather in room or go elsewhere.

The light fixture in bathroom had broken light fixture and glass on the floor. Second room was better but there was no exhaust fan in bathroom so the paint was peeling.

Great location, great staff, nice, clean rooms, comfortable bed! Love that I was able to do laundry during my stay! Great selection on continental breakfast bar! Only downside was the pool didn't open until Memorial weekend, I was a couple weeks too early!

It was clean

I made a reservation for one day and it was the wrong day and I must not have noticed it. At any rate I had to stay the day I was there and come back for the reservation day. So that put a damper on everything.

We stayed here for a softball tournament.The staff was friendly but they served breakfast an hour later than during the week so we missed it both days. We also had NO HOT WATER for our showers both day. The house keeping staff took our towels but didn’t replace them or take out our trash. Thought it was a little too pricey for what it was.

Brandy was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived with a tired baby and she got us checked in right away so that baby could rest after a long trip. Always had a smile when we saw her and always greated people! Room was clean and spacious. Loved that it had a mini fridge and microwave. Came in handy with baby's bottles and food. The lobby had a foul oder at times which was a bit off putting. It was like sewer smell. However the facility was very clean and well taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in/out were easy. Close to shopping and dining choices.

Nice large rooms and bathrooms.

Property is clean and furniture in the room appears newer. The carpet is frayed, ceiling has water stains and peeling, etc. This didn’t affect our stay, but if you are particular about the room, it would.
