Great stay

Very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. I would defined stay again.

Both elevators were not working when first arrived and room was on the fourth floor that was a little bit frustrating on top of no available bag carriers. Card machine was not working so the front desk employee was frustrated with that. After I got to my room only one elevator worked for the rest of my stay there so that was kind of annoying I would have taken the steps if i didn’t have a bad knee that’s how long one elevator took to get to the fourth floor. Anything else I really can’t complain about.

The staff is SO friendly, the room was very very clean, and we loved the breakfast and swimming in the pool. It was kept warm and had nice, long hours. They provide nice bath products, the beds were super comfortable, and we loved all of the amenities available in the room. Heavenly!

This is a beautiful property. Cleanliness is lacking! Maintenance crew need to focus on inside tasks such as cleaning bathroom overhead fans, elevator doors were covered/ dripping in oil used to prevent finger prints. Coffee pot, cups and silverware found dirty in kitchen.

We were so happy with our stay! Breakfast was wonderful, and we were thrilled to find out about the evening socials as well. The kids loved the pool so much, and the room was great. Everything seemed very clean and in good condition.

Great hotel and location

Room sleeps 4, towels for only 2. Advertised as a sleeper sofa. Sofa only sleeps 1.

Very nice!

We had a wonderful stay. It was a lovely room. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The common areas and the gym were very clean. I would say the only complaint is that the walls are thin and we had very loud neighbors.

Room very nice 2 bathrooms

I was THOROUGHLY impressed with all areas, especially the size of my room!

I'd love to be able to take a breath of fresh air through a window (tilted, even?) in the right weather conditions, instead of constant weather-controlled, cleaning-chemicals air in the apartment and everywhere in the hotel. In short, windows that open or tilt at least would be a needed addition for the 'livability' and comfort value of the hotel. Other than that, the hotel is pretty convenient.

We came for the weekend and enjoyed Cosi and other local things. The hotel was clean, comfy, and accommodating. Love that we were able to get a rollaway crib for my toddler, that was a huge help!! Breakfast was good. Pool was warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!! Will stay again in the future.

Easy check in and out great breakfast very clean facility

Stayed in room 201 drove from NJ arrived 9pm. settled into room air was warm turned ac on 68. fan on. nothing happened. fell asleep woke up at 2am sweating. the hvac was completely dead. the room was sweltering and no way to turn a fan on or ac on or heat down. there was like no oxygen. it was terrible.

Love this place! Always a great stay!
