Hotel itself is lovely, however due to the current health situation the hotel mainly just accommodated tunisian guests. Which of course isn’t a problem but there was no entertainment during the day Or evening and all the music was completely Arabic. So for myself being an English person I found it very difficult to actually enjoy the evening time. Food was ok very limited and repetitive I would return to this hotel just hoping it is busier and has more variety next time.

The hotel is closed and its showing available online and we have a confirmed booking. that's really annoying, we spent 2 hours travelling from another city to surprise that the hotel is closed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly. The pool was big and the food was good. The room was cleaned daily and linen and towels were replaced daily as well. Everyone was doing their best to make customers feel valued. I would book this hotel again.

I stayed 2 days in the hotel i couldn’t get tawels only after 24 hours and i got 1 towel for all the family, i had to keep 20 dinars in the reception for the tv remote control, during dinner and lunch the water is not free

Overall - could be a 5 star with minor adjustments and a new front desk staff. Check in took one hour. After paying for a larger room and a smaller room, we were offered two doubles after 45 minutes. I objected sighting that I paid extra for the seaview quad size room. I was told to contonue waiting. 15 more minutes and we got the correct size rooms. Sad part is with a little checking by a manager or supervisor before arrival, our issues would have been avoided. We had two rooms. One double without any phone or the fridge, no rugs, and one towel. Second with no TV and a broken phone and pool view (pool was very loud with lots of disco music). It took over 2 hours to get towels even after walking to front desk. Made us late for plans with friends. Animation staff was annoying. Nobody was enjoying the super loud disco music or easy listening. Maybe try to tone it down. Plus sides - the seaview double had a fantastic view. Quiet, clean, and the bed was amazing! Quad balcony was huge (and not bad if you like Rihanna singing "B**** better have my money" at 1pm blasted by the pool staff and no bleeping). Again super clean. Nice rugs and fridge. Food was fantastic! Recommend half-board Cleaning staff, cafe and restaurant staff were all top notch! Spa was very nice. Average prices for area. Clean and friendly.

Séjour de 5 nuités en famille . Je suis cliente de cet hotel depuis des années , je le choisi particulièrement pour son aspect cosy, son emplacement . La propreté est un atout de cet hotel, de même que le service: personnel au top et au petit soin. Nous avons eu la chance à des chambres rénovées, literie excellente ,toute fois la salle de bain reste vieillote , à revoir , notament sur le volet robineteries et moisisure au toit (la peinture ne l'a pas caché) Sur le volet gastronomie : je dirait correct, regression par rapport aux années precedentes

Vorab das Personal im Restaurant TOP! Sehr dankbar dass dieses Servicepersonal da war. All Inclusive gebucht bei Expedia - Bei Ankunft ein Band bekommen (Gelb) Stellte sich am nächsten Tag raus, dass es All Inklusive Soft ist. Ist überhaupt nicht buchbar. Es gibt nur Frühstück/ Halbpension/ Vollpension und All Inclusive. Im Hotel wurde mit Expedia telefoniert und bestätigt dass es Soft sei! Ärgerlich bis zum geht nicht mehr. Gebucht ein Zimmer mit Meerblick .. Gut ... Vom Balkon aus auch zu sehen aber nicht wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten oder was man unter Meerblick verstehen kann. Decken werden nicht bezogen. Man hat ein dünnes Laken unter der Decke. Das ist ekelhaft! Wir hatten 2 Mal nachgefragt, das scheint so aber normal zu sein. Denn jedes Mal wurde das Bett so hergerichtet. Auf den ersten Blick immer sauber, aber von Beginn bis zum letzen Tag (6Nächte) also schon vor unserer Ankunft ein schwarzes Hast und Stück Klopapier im Badezimmer. Fitnessstudio kostet 20 Dinar pro Person pro 1-2 Stunden. Alle Fitnessstudios in Hammamet um weiten günstiger (7 Dinar) Wovon wir auch dachten es sei im Preis. Save 4€ pro Tag Tischtennis kann nicht gespielt werden nur mit Personal. Indoorpool: angenehm, Salzwasser. Leute rutschen allerdings regelmäßig aus. Ist sehr nass. Es gibt 2 offene duschen zum abbrausen. KEINE TOILETTEN musst durchs ganze Hotel Abendpr. war schön vorallem die Livemusik. Allem in Allem haben wir versucht relaxt zu bleiben.

Nous avons etait très bien accueillie par l'ensemble du personnel. Je suis venue passer un petit week end en famille toute l'équipe etais au soin notamment Mr Mohamed Taher. Un séjour très agréable l'hôtel dispose d'une restauration qui est très bonne sans compter l'ambiance, l.'animation. L' hôtel est très bien située.
