My flight is at 6am so always miss breakfast think they should be something hot at least earlier than 4. Tea machine toast not a take out.

Hotel staff were great, the room was good however the bathroom door was extremely stiff and then it banged really loud when shutting it… the other thing is it didn’t lock and the double bed was really hard Also, we went down for breakfast at 9 am I noticed that on the hot breakfast they were starting to clear it to one side and stack it! I think everything should be available fresh and hot until the breakfast stops at 10 am

This was an excellent stay the night before our flight. The hotel was very clean, quiet and had amazing black out curtains which allowed us to go to bed earlier than normal. All the staff were really lovely and the breakfast at 4:30am was perfect! Dinner was perhaps the only weakness - but certainly not a disaster or anything that gave us cause to complain. It was just average in comparison to the rest of the experience.

Good access to airport. Room remarkably quiet considering next to the airport.

It’s a good answer if you have an impossibly early flight like we did. We did the twilight check in the night before as it’s a steep walk for 7-10 minutes in the open to the terminal. We had babies and toddlers and three large suitcases in pouring rain at 4.30 am. Not fun. They should have some kind of golf cart shuttle service to take people to the terminal - we would have happily paid for it

Room was clean and quiet, and they even put pastries and orange juice out for the early travelers who cannot make the free breakfast.

Great hotel in Bristol Airport. Stayed there the night before to take advantage of twilight check in. Queues the following morning at EasyJet bag drop off were out of the door so we felt really smug. Decent food and drinks menu. Decent complimentary breakfast too.

I ideal stay for catching early flight. Food and wine selection terrible.

Nice quiet room and a really nice breakfast very clean hotel and helpful staff could not have wished for better a little expensive perhaps but that is the only thing other than that could not fault thank you

Very conveniently located a short walk from the airport. Perfect for early morning departure or late night arrival.

Perfect location and hotel for early or late flights. the car park however is owned by Bristol Airport and therefore the £45 per night charge was an unexpected shock

The hotel was clean, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel location is convenient, but for foot passengers travelling with baggage, it's not so good. You have to walk a fair distance down a winding pathway, then push or pull your baggage up the hill for your return. When it is raining, this is very unpleasant. Not happy with this at all.

Great place to stay before your flight

Very convenience especially when you have to take 7 AM flight, and you would need to wake up at 4 AM. Continental breakfast was good enough for 5 AM.
