We stayed 1 week here and had our wedding, the service was amazing and the staff could not do enough to help us. I only speak english and found the people very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel everything was made fresh and Our house keeping was fantastic, we love Sommaya who made our room feel special every day! I would stay here again

The place is very picturesque, and the decor is as well. The reception staff are very nice people, but the rest of the staff in the bar and the security guards have zero treatment. They do not appreciate people and are classist. The cleaning staff steal our scents from the rooms, and they do not clean them well. Unfortunately, we did not like it at all there. 💔💔
