IKazu at the Front Desk was very helpful I wasn't getting good TV reception, but it was, as usual, Direct TV"s fault, any hotel I ever stayed at throughout the world that has Direct TV has the same problems-other wise stay was perfectamundo again!

From the moment i checked the staff especially Julie & Marie made me feel like i was at home rooms are spotless even the parking attendents make you feel welcome decent breakfast room service was also very good I would highly recommend Intercity Hotel to anyone visiting Curitiba

Had an excellent 1 week stay at this hotel. Clean room, nice staff, decent breakfast included and close to many restaurants .

Really recommend

The hotel and staff were very nice and the room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options. Our only complaint is that the elevators are quite slow when many guests are headed to breakfast, and there would sometimes be a 7 minute wait for an elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, great neighborhood, awesome service!!! Breakfast is definitely a highlight!!! Every night there is an event at the lobby where some ainger/band s entertaining the guests, such a great hotel!!! 👍

The staff was great! The TV needed to be replaced in Room 1603. There was some mold in the shower. The A/C was non-functional, for heating, cooling, and fan., or the power was turned off. I did not report this to the staff as I was only there for two nights. I was scheduled to stay there one more night, after a three day trip, but I canceled and booked another hotel.

Lovely stay with our father who needs mobility assistance - the hotel provided a special room with accessibility features which worked out really great.

We had a bad experience during our first contact with the hotel, during check-in. It was delayed and no extra information was provided. Also, the parking is NOT free and it wasn't very clear.

My family of 4 had 2 rooms for a 5 night stay. The hotel is very conveniently located for downtown Curitiba. The breakfast was great and all staff were extremely friendly.
