Rooms were very clean. Staff were nice and very efficient. Breakfast buffet was very good and had offered variety of choices. The only negative thing is that room corridors were sometimes very noisy, you could hear people talking outside your room. But we were very pleased with our stay at UVE hotel.

The hotel is an convenient place, the room was fine but should have a least a microwave to heat food and the breakfast has variety.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked that there was a grocery store really close and the parking was very convenient! Super clean and staff helpful. Will stay again!

Great place

We stayed here for a night. Couple of comments the bathroom needs to be fixed. The door wasn’t locking and the urinal had a plumbing issue that made it difficult for us to use the bathroom. Breakfast and shuttle to airport was good.

We stayed the night before our flight back home, so we'd be close to the airport. I was very impressed by how quiet it was, even though 50 people checked in after us (tour bus group). The hotel was clean, simple & fairly new; staff spoke English & were very helpful. Would Definitely stay here again. Btw the room a/c got very cold very fast!

Nice hotel near the Madrid airport. Very clean and modern. Especially loved the breakfast with lots of options. Only complaint is that the USB charger in the room was not working.

It was easily accessible

The people were so pleasant from even before we checked in. Rodrigo was able to obtain a crib for my daughter, front desk always assisted with answers to questions and confirmed the airport transport for me. Carmen assisted with check out and everyone else was great! Thank you
