Excellent and extremely helpful staff ! The hotel could use some upkeep .. First room they put me in had some problems - They offered to move me immediately and were caring to ensure I was comfortable . Simply they need to communicate clearer amongst eachother and make sure their hotel is up to par for guests … Yes … I would Return …. And wonderful Breakfast !!

Excelente localização, atendimento ótimo e todos foram muito atenciosos, o único ponto desfavorável foi o quarto que era muito pequeno, não cabiam 2 adultos e uma mala média aberta.

Horrible experience! Bugs infestation throughout the room. Hotel customer service is nonexistent. Staff was unwilling to solve the issue and we had to check out to find another hotel for accommodation.

When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay.

I recommend this hotel for nice stay in Rio.

Nothing special. The rooms are very small. We can't hardly move in the space.

O hotel é em um lugar bem conveniente, com fácil acesso ao Metrô. Os quartos são pequenos, mas confortáveis. O café da manhã é muito bom!!

Todo muy bien salvo algunos detalles cómo las almohadas, no cambiaron las toallas y encontramos jabones usados y papeles en el piso de la habitación de resto todo 10 puntos.

Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Rio, but wouldn't stay longer than 2 nights.

The location was fairly convenient however the street was very narrow and often busy which made getting in and out of taxis and ubers a little hectic. I stayed here while attending a conference in Botafogo and this hotel is an excellent budget friendly utilitarian option if you’re going to be out all day.

Great hotel in a nice area, a nice beach 5 minutes away.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, great staff. The only thing I didn’t like are the towels, they don’t have a bright white color like we should expect

Excellent service and staff, delicious food.

Very friendly and helpful staff! All areas were cleaned regularly & efficiently. No haidryer in the room though.
