What a great location this hotel has! I was very pleased to meet the friendly staff, especially Aguinaldo, one of the valet drivers, and a receptionist with whom I connected deeply. Check-out was very fast, and during that brief moment, the receptionist (whose name, sadly, my 42-year-old mind forgot) shared part of his personal story with me. We connected instantly. London is where I met my wife, and he had lived in London for a long period as well. We talked about the experience of returning to Brazil and readjusting to life here. While he remains a Brazilian citizen, I am currently in the process of applying for mine. I was born in Brazil, but during COVID I had to give up my nationality to continue working in Taiwan, where I have lived for the past 20 years. His perspective and honest answer about readjusting back to Brazil truly helped me and had a very positive impact on me. I am very grateful for that conversation and also for meeting Aguinaldo, who showed great kindness and professionalism. The hotel itself is well located, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good—simple, average, but still very enjoyable. I would personally rate this hotel as a solid three-star hotel, mainly because of my current medical needs, which require access to a sauna. That said, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and even recommended a place in Uberlândia where I could enjoy a sauna without any invitation, at a fair price. Overall, this is still a great hotel to stay at if you are looking for a clean, well-located hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast. For my personal needs at this moment, I would choose a hotel with a sauna, but that does not take away from the quality of service and hospitality offered here. Pretty basic rooms, no decoration, nothing fancy, not much variety on breakfast buffet... Gym, pool and the fact it's been recently built make it slightly better then other options at the price range.

All facilities and service good. Except restaurant service. So slow and chaotic. Should improve.
