Our room was very clean when we checked in ,it was comfy all away around

Arrived at 430pm to check in after a quick 3 min walk from the train station. Check in was easy, got my keys and headed up. When we got to the room, it had not been serviced. Food and towels everywhere. I went back downstairs and told the front desk host. He looks dumbfounded and gave us another room and offered no apologies or remorse for the mishap. We stayed one night but it was good for what it was.

Location was the only positive for this stay! Property description was inaccurate as it listed laundry facilities included and found out it did not have any, so we had to go find where to laundry elsewhere, also could not get a good rest because windows are not double panned so you can hear the busy streets below all night long also there are no black-out blinds so lots of light coming in at night. Also, one shower was clogged and the shower head was not working properly (all loose) , we had to hold with one hand so it would not move during shower time, and finally overall cleanliness of facilities inside and outside in common areas should improve.

Room not ready at 3 pm. But overall, a good place to spend the night after touring Barcelona. A lot of nice restaurants around the neighbourhood within 3 min walk. Close to public transport

Excellent location, spacious, clean….. loved it

The rooms were extremely spacious and very modern and clean. Showers were great! The kitchen was well stocked. Only downside is no laundry. Location was great if you are using the train station for coming and goings.

Best stay we've had in Barcelona and close to the train station. Quiet and peaceful, but near Metro lines and restaurants. Kitchenette is very convenient for a family.

Apartment I booked was not available and was given smaller rooms that were supposed to be worth the same but it wasn’t. Checking staff was amazing but gentleman training him was rude when I brought up my concern about my family having to be split and smaller beds and rooms.

Third time staying at this hotel and will definitely be returning 3 mins walk from Barcelona Sants train station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Thanks again.

The room was fine and as advertised and did the job for a night close to the train station. Some staff could use some customer service training to communicate more politely. Was it a good stay? Yes. Would I stay again or recommend it to a friend? No.

We’ve been staying at many places around Europe (backpacking), and CosmoAp. has been the BEST stay by far! Smooth check-in, great customer service, the rooms were so clean and spacious, GREAT balcony views, modern appliances & decor, convenient location, great food options nearby, super close to the train station. I would recommend this place to everyone!

The cleanliness was excellent, and the location is very close to the train station. The staff were wonderful, especially François, who was amazing, very patient, and helped us sincerely from the heart. We truly appreciated her kindness and support.

Greta location. Near a station. Room was very clean, plenty of towels etc. Soaps, Shampoo etc even toothbrushes and paste provided. Got what we paid for. Staff very helpful when issue booking
