There was mould in the room and in the reception of the hotel that caused a three day allergic reaction in my body. The pictures online are VERY photoshoped, as the reality of the property is well below that. It resembles a two star hotel or a student dorm. This is the worst value for money property that I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot.

During the stay, my son noted probable mouse activity at night. Something tried to get into a bag of the bread and made noise. He did not get up and confirmed this though.

Very clean and in excellent condition. Perfect for Barcelona Sants station. Only stayed overnight so didn’t try cooking.

The apartment is spacious, quiet, and the kitchen well appointed. The staff are helpful, and the ability to leave luggage securely is excellent. There is an air conditioned space near reception to relax, and a bathroom available before check-in, which is handy. The location is perfect for the train station. There is also a nice park nearby, and a pleasant square with bars offering drinks and tapas. You can also walk to Camp Nou in about 30 mins.

Ubicación de la propiedad es buena si es que llegas a la estación de Sants. El apartamento es muy básico, con áreas pequeñas y comodidades limitadas. Está bien si tu intención es una estadía rápida o pasar la menor cantidad de tiempo en el mismo. El aire acondicionado funciona a medias. Esto es un problema en el verano.

Great location, lovely staff. Great accommodation. Parking expensive. Overall would stay here again. Duplex apartment not suitable for younger kids (toddlers) due to the stairs arrangement.

Our room was ready over an hour later than the check in time. The lady on the front desk was lovelybut the man was very rude and dismissive Good for young people who want to party but noisy if not

Property was advertised as having Laundry and it did not have it. Curtains and table in room were in poor condition.

HORRIBLE!!! Nuestra caja fuerte se quedó trancada con los pasaportes adentro y NADIE podía abrirla porque el UNICO chico que dejaron SOLO en el lobby no tenía llaves y tampoco tenía la clave maestra, el personal de mantenimiento nunca apareció por igual los directivos para hacer frente al problema. Lo peor es que eran las 2 de la mañana y nuestro vuelo salía a las 6.00 am, por poco perdemos el avión.

We had fast and efficient service. The check-in was quick, and they gave us lots of information about the city, the metro, and places of interest. The room was beautiful, and we loved the balcony.
