The property was conveniently located but was a bit run down. Some attention is needed. However, staff at check-in were amazing - super friendly and knowledgeable. Communication with staff was very easy!

Beautiful and spacious apartment with the perfect downtown location! Located in historic downtown, with all the popular tourist destinations just a simple walk away. Convenient underground parking across the street. The staff at check-in were phenomenal. Incredibly friendly and helpful.

We (family of 3) went to Porto for the first time. It was a comfortable stay, right next to the Sao Bento station and some lovely eateries. The accommodation was clean, AC worked fine, there was even a bottle of white wine as a welcome drink. We arrived quite late at night, but that was no issue as we were given the code for the lockbox with the key to the property. The only thing I would've expected, but it fell short, was that there was no tea or coffee at the accommodation - and it's hard to start a day without that 😊 Otherwise all good. Very recommended for any tourists arriving in Porto.

Little blip with check in & maps took us to an adjacent street but can’t blame Hotels.com for that .

Everything was perfect, different of what we expected but very nice

I'm rating this with 3 stars after I had to deal with a blackout of several hours (only the unit was involved, meaning it was not a general blackout), during our first 2 days. The stay was comfortable and very well located. The entire apartment was very clean and kitchen was well set with everything. What it could be improved? some furniture is not in very good shape, and it would be good idea to change them (not big investment at all) Other than that i would recommend them for staying at PORTO.

Pretty decent studio apartment at the city centre, had a very pleasant stay. Check-in location is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment, which could have been done online.

Amenities were great

First of all the place is next to impossible to find. Secondly you walk into a pitch black place that steps down with no warning. Fell flat on my face and injured my knee. The bathroom had black mold in the shower. Pubic hairs on the walls. I expect a full refund.

Very nice spot next to the metro station and ten minutes away from the Empire Macdonald.

We were given wrong address for the property. The address shown on Expedia reservation was 322 and we waited till 4;00pm for the code to enter the building. But the code came with a different address. We had to drag our 5 bags on a very steep street to get to the apartment. The first level apartment had the entrance on a very noisy street. People walking right outside our apartment till past midnight. Was not able to sleep till 1:00am. The apartment itself was very clean and good condition.

Great Location, very good property, well equipped. Communication was perfect. Deffinitely recommended.

The receptionist Beatriz was awesome, the place is well situated for everything. Some sketchy characters were hanging around outside the place sometimes. It’s in full public view so no problem. Early check in is a bit difficult but you can leave luggage at the office 15 min walk away or wait until 4 and use a locker at the train station which is 1 min walk
