Great room and stay but a very poor breakfast

Warm welcome on arrival from the staff on reception everything explained clearly like special offers and meals etc. the room was huge with a massive bed that was so comfy.

Absolutely spotless. Food was delicious. Staff go above and beyond and are really friendly. From checking in to checking out the overall experience was really good.

All good :) no complaints would definitely stop again next time I’m in Blackpool 💯

Fab stay

The staff were very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean and modern. Entertainment was really enjoyable, especially Mick Miller was a great performer and such a lovely man. The only thing that let the hotel down was the food. First night ordered scampi and chips in bar and chips were cold. Next day soup was powdered and not nice. We actually had to drive to St.Annes to get a nice restaurant! Last day I noticed a stain on my sheet- looked like blood! Having said all that I did enjoy and would go back - just up the bar food and it would be 5 stars.

Yes the breakfast was good,probably cld have been abit hotter for my liking but its the same everywhere what do buffer breakfast. Room was lovely, paid abit extra for one of the premier rooms this time.

Best hotel in Blackpool

Nice clean room, plenty of facilities at the hotel that we didn’t have time to use, and was weirdly very warm for November.

We had a fabulous stay. Loved the pre-stay contact from the hotel and the check-in before arrival, that was very professional and efficient. The room albeit quite small was super clean and the shower and bathroom spotless! We were offered a room upgrade on arrival but we refused just to keep the cost down. The staff both at reception and the housemaids were friendly, courteous and made us feel very welcome. The bar was good and spacious. We decided not to go for the evening meal, simply because we were out early evening so, we stayed for a bite from the twilight menu (4pm) - the fish and chips were superb! We are in Blackpool twice a year and will definitely book again.
