Dear Gentle Man who comes from a country that is supposed to be civilized and polite . Please reconsider how is react and behave when you traveling to another country ! We are a small hotel located in old quater and got a lot of guests from many diffirent country . However , the first time we see a guest like you . Almost guest when they came our hotel , they were sastified with our services . If our room realy have problem , they will complain and reject to get the room . Lets me ask all of traveller , who request to refund money from the hotel after finish their reservation at the hotel . Everywhere on the planet everything exists under the law and mutual respect . Please follow that ! We will be willing to get your ìnformation and improve if your opinions are respectfully . However we really have to dout and ask many questions about your feedback . Firstly , you did not give any comments during your stay . Secondly , the problem of hot water is wrong because we came your room and check that . Thirdly , why you did not say no with the room if the room is not wright information and you stayed enough 4 nights . If you reject the room and did not stayed , it means your refund we and every traveler can undersand . However you stayed enough your reservation and request the refund , that is very difficult to understand . Maybe you think that you are from another country and have the right to say and demand anything even if it is unreasonable or unfair.In our country, we can fish without fear of death . We are not a charity fund and we do bussiness under the law and mutual respect . So
